What's New for 6/13/08:
Lots of activity over at NeoCon 2008 in Chicago. NeoCon is the largest tradeshow of its kind. It brings together thousands of commercial interior design brands and our Ultron carpet fiber brand was there, and well surrounded! Our space on the 10th floor of the Chicago Merchandise Mart [#10-130] saw great traffic.
We launched Ultron® StainGuard® brand, our new stain and bleach-resist technology, introduced our 2009 Ultron Color Folio color forecast titled "To Dye For," and showcased beautiful new introductions. The entire showroom constituted a backdrop - with color trend and concept boards, and fabric/carpet swatch composites - for discussing color and design trends across the country as well as carpet product introductions.
Although not directly a Wear-Dated area of interest, what I find fascinating is how the trends, concepts and ideas rapidly make their way to the residential side of the carpet business. Which means that you will be seeing [and reading] more on the subject...
