Wear-Dated® Announces Platinum Sponsorship of First Ever Carpet One Retail Sales Professional Convention

KENNESAW, Ga.--Feb. 21, 2006--Wear-Dated® carpet fiber proudly announces its sponsorship of the first ever Carpet One Retail Sales Professional Convention (RSPC), taking place Feb. 22-24 in Anaheim, Calif. Held in conjunction with the Carpet One Winter Convention, the Carpet One RSPC constitutes a one-of-a-kind venue for addressing Carpet One sales professionals and providing them with valuable perspective on how Wear-Dated can add value to their consumer interactions.

The RSPC will focus on the people at the front lines of Carpet One retail stores—the sales professionals. “We expect our retail sales teams will leave the RSPC more knowledgeable, better trained and enthused with a positive sense of engagement,” says David Hendler, vice president of retail for Carpet One. “We appreciate the support of our sponsors and believe that the investment in Carpet One sales professionals will benefit everyone, from the manufacturers to the retailers and most importantly, our customers.” Attendees will be trained in customer service from the world-renowned Disney Institute, with seminars on developing individual skills, understanding products and more.

· When combined with other recognized carpet brands, the Wear-Dated brand makes consumers feel better about their purchase.
