Possibly the most exciting news this week is an editorial titled "Designer's Walk" in the Fall 2008 issue of Fabulous Floors Magazine that discusses how to create a color palette.  It refers to the Wear-Dated Field Guide to Color Color Folio 2008 based on John J. Audubon's beautiful prints of birds.

In The Carpetology Blog, we feature another Design Reviews From The Floor Up, advice from Annette Smith on how to remove grease from carpet, and detail the wonderful reviews and testimonials that our submission to the 2008 Forrester Groundswell Awards generated.

We presented about the retail experience to the Washington State Floor Covering Association.

We're still in Nashville - for a few more hours.  The Flooring America and Carpet One Floor & Home Summer conventions are over.  You should have seen our pink carpet!  It was magnificent, and a great counterpoint to our Education Day sessions [they went well].
